by Love4C

Barösund Runt is a very social event spanning the whole weekend 6-8 August. We will leave from Espoo on Friday morning, arriving in Barösund, one of the most beautiful places on the Finnish south coast, on Friday afternoon an well be back in Espoo on Sunday afternoon. It is also possible for a lesser fee to participate only in the Race itself on Saturday, please contact us for details for this alternative.

There will be a prerace party on Friday evening in Restaurant Scola.

The race itself starts on Saturday morning. The racecourse is through the archipalago and quite tight and narrow in places. The race itself is a handicap race with a chasing start.
